Ladder running exercise! Boost Testosterone - Build Muscle!

Running up stairs is an incredibly effective way to burn calories and increase testosterone levels. You can accomplish a lot with this fast anaerobic workout. What does anaerobic mean? Well, this is fairly simple to answer.

Anaerobic workouts are shorter and more intense than aerobic workouts. Activities such as stair running, squat jumping, sprinting, and non-stop calisthenics are all forms of anaerobic exercise. The body is forced to respond to these stressful conditions, as a result of which the muscles gain more strength and endurance.

There are many advantages to running stairs and other anaerobic activities. You burn calories much faster with these intense workouts than with a slow jog. Why waste a lot of time doing an easy workout when you can burn carbs at a high rate in just a short period of time? Short periods of intense exertion can add a lot to your workout routine. Your body also undergoes a number of chemical reactions when it’s pushed to the limit. Adrenaline flows through your system, and your testosterone and growth hormone levels are boosted through the roof.

Stair running is an easy way to get all of these anaerobic exercise benefits. All you need is a flight of stairs to get started. Ideally, you will have access to stairs in a public stadium or gymnasium. You can also use the stairs in your apartment building or in a public park. Even just a few stairs can be enough to get a good workout.

Make sure to stretch before climbing stairs. Warm up with some light running to get your blood flowing. Stretch all the muscles in your legs and torso. Your calf muscles, hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes, and upper body should be loose before you start.

Depending on your fitness level, you may be able to do different amounts of exercise. Once you’re ready, sprint to the top of the stairs. You won’t be taking any breaks because this is supposed to be intense interval training. After reaching the top, walk or jog briskly down to the bottom. Take a deep breath and sprint again.

It is important to give your all when running up the ladder. Running such a wind speed means you have to blast out at the end of every set. Don’t worry if you find it difficult at first. This is a very difficult exercise, but the results will be very rewarding. In just a few weeks, you’ll be dropping body fat, building muscle, and increasing your hormone levels.
